Online Classes
Spring term is here! All classes are beneficial for any adult ballet learning level. If you are a total beginner (never done ballet before) we can get you up to speed with three private lessons, after which you can join the group classes. (You can get the three privates as a package at 33% off here.) Our PBT classes require only a large exercise ball. It needs to be right for your body height, your knees and hips have to be at a right angle when you sit on it. (What is PBT? *Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a ballet-specific conditioning program developed to help students advance in all dance forms by training muscle memory. PBT focuses on core stability, weight placement and alignment. It can help building a graceful posture, improve mobility, and refine coordination for dance-related movement. There are three PBT teacher certification levels, and Patricia is Level 3 certified. Equipment needed for our PBT classes: only the large exercise ball is required.
